You've probably seen the $99 whole-house coupon. Then the cleaner shows up, the "pre-conditioner" is extra, the "deep clean" is extra, and somehow the bill is $400. We don't work that way. Tell us what you've got on the phone and we'll give you a real number. If something's different once we see it, like a pet problem you didn't know about, we'll talk about it before we do anything.
We'll tell you if something won't come out
Bleach spots, some old pet stains and certain dyes can't always be fixed. We'd rather tell you that up front than take your money and leave you disappointed.
We clean the way your warranty asks
Most carpet warranties call for professional hot water extraction every 12 to 18 months. That's the method we use on every job, so keep the receipt.
We rinse
A lot of cheap cleanings leave soap in the carpet. It feels a little stiff and it attracts dirt, so traffic lanes look bad again within a few weeks. We rinse with clean water so the carpet stays clean longer.
We're careful in your house
We put corner guards on walls so the hoses don't scrape your paint, move furniture carefully, and do a quick walk-through with you before we leave.
