Why Lehi carpets look tired so fast

How it works

  1. You call

    Tell us how many rooms and anything we should know about, like pets, spills, or that one spot by the couch. We'll give you a price and a time.

  2. We clean

    Most homes take an hour or two. We move the light furniture, pre-treat, clean and rinse.

  3. It dries

    Usually 4 to 8 hours here, since the air is so dry. Turn on a ceiling fan and it goes even faster.

How long before I can walk on it?

Right away, in clean socks. Shoes and pets should wait until it's dry, which is usually 4 to 8 hours. Our dry Utah air helps a lot. A ceiling fan or a cracked window speeds it up, even in winter.

Will the stain come out?

Most do. Food, mud, coffee and traffic lanes usually come out all the way. Bleach spots, some old pet stains and certain dyes (red Kool-Aid, we're looking at you) can get better but might not disappear. We'll tell you before we start, not after.

How often should carpets be cleaned?

Every 12 to 18 months for most homes. With pets, little kids or allergies, every 6 to 12 months is better. A lot of carpet warranties require professional cleaning too, so hang on to your receipt.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Yes. The products we use are safe once the carpet's dry, and we rinse with clean water so there's no sticky residue left behind.

Do I need to move furniture?

Please pick up small stuff and anything breakable. We'll move chairs, end tables and other light furniture. Beds, dressers and big entertainment centers we clean around.

Do you need my water or electricity?

Nope. The truck-mounted equipment brings its own water, heat and power. We just need a spot in the driveway.

We're based in Lehi and cover the rest of north Utah County: American Fork, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Highland, Alpine, Cedar Hills, Pleasant Grove and Lindon. We also head over the Point of the Mountain to Draper. If you're in Orem or Vineyard, call anyway. We can usually make it work.
